[s-x86] Hardware Database

Not sure how useful this is going to be and haven't fully read thru
all the docs yet.  But, some people's have put up some free database's
on the big old Internet, so thought this might help someone out.

I've created a Hardware database so people can leave tips on what
works, and how you got it to work, so maybe you can save someone
else some grief.

to hardware.

Haven't fully tested it yet, if there's problems, let me know, and I'll
try to run them down.

Maybe someone with some real database experience, and a web
site can setup something more permanent and move the data over
to another site.
