[s-x86] Re: XMMS and CDROM Plugin
Yes, you click the +File button and
open /cdrom/cdrom0
then you click "Add all files..." button
The tracks then shows up in xmms.
If you configured a cddb server you will also
see titles, e.g. us.cddb.com can be configured
(see CD Audio Player in Input plugins)
All this works fine with the new XMMS 1.01 binary
I compiled today. The binary may be downloaded at
http://www.fmi.mh.se/~sverkere/sverker1/xmms.tar.gz
or
http://www.fmi.mh.se/~sverkere/sverker1/xmms.tar.bz2
You also need OSS (www.opensound.com) to get
the CD sound routed through your soundcard.
