i am surprised you would need a driver for the DAC960. the model we
have presents its drives over a SCSI interface (you just plug it in as
if it was a drive.) device drivers would let you get at configuration
via SCSI but ought to not be needed for running the system.

it would be useful to know if there are any ways of getting into KADB
from the CD boot though.
